Noodles: * Peel zucchinis using peeler into long strands
Nut Balls: * Grind together soaked Walnuts and Brazil nuts with very little water until a paste and then add ground Flax seeds, olive oil, salt and Italian herbs.
* Mold nut mix into round balls and place them on top of peeled zucchinis
Tomato Sauce: Blend together fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, a few drops of lime, fresh basil, himalayan salt, italian herbs and pour the mix over the above ~love~
